1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MinecraftRankings ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

MinecraftRankings provides a ranking and discovery platform for Minecraft multiplayer servers. Our services include server listings, real-time player monitoring, voting, reviews, analytics, and comparison tools. The Platform is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the official Minecraft brand.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as voting, server claiming, and analytics. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Server Listings

Server owners may claim and manage their server listings. By submitting a server, you represent that you have the authority to list that server. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or de-list any server at our sole discretion, including servers that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Voting and Reviews

Users may vote for servers once every 24 hours and submit reviews. Vote manipulation, automated voting, fake reviews, or any form of gaming the ranking system is strictly prohibited. We employ fraud detection systems and reserve the right to invalidate suspicious votes or reviews and suspend offending accounts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (c) scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission; (d) impersonate another user or entity; (e) submit false or misleading information; (f) use automated tools to interact with the Platform without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on the Platform are owned by MinecraftRankings or its licensors. Server names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of server information, rankings, or user-generated content. Server uptime data and player counts are approximations based on periodic monitoring.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MinecraftRankings be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
